Di’s Delightful Plants is the online / mail order section of one of Australia’s leading propagation nurseries. We have been owned and operated by the same family since we began trading over 25 years ago. Plants are our passion and we are focused on the future of the Horticulture industry, playing an active role in several industry bodies including the Nursery and Garden Industry Vic / Aust (NGIV/ NGIA), Australian Institute of Horticulture (AIH), International Plant Propagators Society (IPPS). I am also on the committee for Women in Horticulture(WinHort) and Encouraging Women in Horticulture(EWH), groups formed to promote the role of women in horticulture.
Our primary business is in the supply of tubestock to nurseries and landscapers right across the country. To stay at the forefront of this industry we regularly expand our range to ensure that we can cater for as many of our customer needs as possible. This means we regularly introduce new varieties from professional international plant breeders that we represent in Australia along with keen amateur breeders from garden clubs all over the country. We also find all sorts of rare and hard to find varieties on our regular travels around the globe. Through Di’s Delightful Plants we are able to provide you with access to this fantastic range.
Our talented and passionate team include several fully qualified Horticulturists, a Botanist and team members at various stages of their training. Professional development and career advancement is something that we encourage all our staff to aspire to.
