All plant description, growing information and images are a guide only. Our goal is to provide you with the best information possible to assist in your selection and purchase of our products. We suggest that you reseach information from other sources if anything we provide is unclear.
We guarantee all our plants to arrive to your door in premium condition, ready to be planted. If not we will fully refund the purchase price of any damaged plants. We do recommend that you give them a good soaking with a seaweed solution such as Maxicrop or Seasol to reduce any stress incurred in packaging and transport. (Please apply solution at rates recommended on the packaging.) All notification of damaged stock must be received within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
All orders are to be paid in full prior to despatch.
Unless otherwise stated Minimum order is 10 plants. This can comprise of any assortment of sizes and varieties from our current stock list.
Although all care is taken to ensure that prices and products shown are up to date we reserve the right to change these at any time without notice.
If the unexpected unavailability of one or more ordered varieties results in your order falling below the minimum required order value we will endeavour to contact you to authorise a substitute. If contact cannot be made and less than 15% of your order is affected we will select the most suitable substitute. If it is over 15% we will hold off sending the order until contact can be made.
