How do I place an order?
There are four ways to place an order with Di’s Delightful Plants.

What are the delivery options?
Mail: Orders are dispatched through Australia Post.
Pick-up: While we are a wholesale nursery and not open to the public, order pick-up is available by appointment from our nursery in Lilydale, VIC. Please place your order and call ahead to allow us to prepare the plants prior to your arrival.
Where do you deliver to?
Di’s Delightful Plants is one of a limited number of nurseries Accredited to ship plant material to every state and territory. Quarantine surcharges apply for orders to Tasmania, Western Australia and Northern Territory.
Do you post overseas?
While it is not cost effective to ship small quantities overseas, we will ship commercial quantities to Asia and Europe. Please email di@disdelights.com.au to inquire.
When will I get my order?
Orders are dispatched via Australia Post within 2 business weeks after placement. We take all precautions possible to ensure your plants will be shipped quickly and to prevent plants sitting in a delivery depot all weekend.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are a flat rate depending on the number of plants purchased Australia-wide.
- 10-20 plants: $17.50
- 21-40 plants: $22.50
- 41-80 plants: $30.50
- 81+ plants: $40.00
- Quarantine surcharge in addition to base shipping rate: Tasmania: $20, Western Australia: $20, Northern Territory: $20
Why is there quarantine within Australia?
Every state and territory has its own quarantine department, procedures and requirements regarding the movement of plant material. These requirements help protect our diverse environment, and agricultural assets. Weeds alone are one of our natural environment’s greatest threats, and estimated to cost Australian farmers billions of dollars each year in weed control and lost production. When plants undergo quarantine you are getting the plants you want and not the weeds, pests or diseases you don’t!
Di’s Delightful Plants takes pride in achieving accreditation to ship Australia wide and is inspected yearly to ensure we meet every requirement.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including AMEX, through PayPal (no account required).
What should I do if there’s a problem with my order?
Check your plants when they arrive and contact us within 48 hours if you have concerns.
