How do I place an order?
There are four ways to place an order with Di’s Delightful Plants.

What are the delivery options?
Mail: Orders are dispatched through Australia Post.
Pick-up: While we are a wholesale nursery and not open to the public, order pick-up is available. Please place your order and call ahead to allow us to prepare the plants prior to your arrival.
Where do you deliver to?
Di’s Delightful Plants is one of a limited number of nurseries Accredited to ship plant material to every state and territory. Quarantine surcharges apply for orders to Tasmania and Western Australia.
Do you post overseas?
While it is not cost effective to ship small quantities overseas, we will ship commercial quantities to Asia and Europe.
When will I get my order?
Orders are dispatched via Australia Post within the week after placement, and will be delivered within the following week. This prevents plants sitting in a delivery depot all weekend.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery costs are the same to every state and territory.
- 10-20 plants: $17.50
- 21-40 plants: $22.50
- 41-80 plants: $30.50
- 81+ plants: please call for frieght cost
- Quarantine surcharge: Tasmania $10 Western Australia $20
Why is there quarantine within Australia?
Every state and territory has its own quarantine department, procedures and requirements regarding the movement of plant material. These requirements help protect our diverse environment, and agricultural assets. Weeds alone are one of our natural environment’s greatest threats, and estimated to cost Australian farmers billions of dollars each year in weed control and lost production. When plants undergo quarantine you are getting the plants you want and not the weeds, pests or diseases you don’t!
Di’s Delightful Plants takes pride in achieving accreditation to ship Australia wide and is inspected yearly to ensure we meet every requirement.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including AMEX, through PayPal (no account required).
What should I do if there’s a problem with my order?
Check your plants when they arrive and contact us within 48 hours if you have concerns.
