CHILLI THAI MILD

Capsicum Frutescens ‘Anaheim’ 

Chilli Thai Mild has a delicious but mild flavour, without the burning lips (heat rating 4/10).
It can be used chopped fresh into salads or thrown into stir fries and curries for flavour without excessive heat.

Chilli Thai Mild is also very decorative as a container plant or in the garden, as it bears long, large bright red fruit.
Plant in a full sun or partly shaded position, in good quality potting mix or a well fertilized garden position.
Feed at planting with all-purpose fertilizer, and water in well with Seasol or similar. Water regularly for bumper crops.

This delightful and delicious Chilli bush grows rapidly to approx. 60cm. tall and revels in the summer warmth.
Plant in spring, and it loves the warmth of a pot for an early start. It then fruits for many months over summer and autumn until the first frosts.
