PARSLEY CURLY – Petroselinum crispum crispum 'Bravour'
No kitchen is complete without parsley – the curly kind, no less!
‘Bravour’ is the chef’s favourite with its dense, finely curled leaves, packed with flavour and nutritional goodness. High in iron, Vitamin C, and taste.
This lush biennial herb not only garnishes your meals with flair but also enhances the flavour of soups, sauces, stuffing, and salads.
Perfect for garden beds or pots, it’s an excellent cool-season performer and very easy to grow.
Plant in full sun to part shade in moist, well-drained soil. Regular harvesting keeps it fresh and flourishing.
Grows 30–40cm high × 25cm wide. Biennial (but often treated as an annual).
SAGE – Salvia officinalis
Sage is the herb of wisdom – and of roast dinners!
With its aromatic grey-green leaves and distinctive earthy flavour, Sage brings magic to stuffings, sausages, roasted veggies, and meats.
